What data we collect

Data you send us: your name, email address, phone or messenger contact, details and photographs of a watch, budget, city and the content of your message.

Technical data: when you open the website, our hosting and security provider Cloudflare processes your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the website and protect it against attacks.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits and pages viewed without cookies and without identifying you. We do not use advertising or tracking tools, and we set no cookies of our own. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to filter automated traffic. Fonts and images are served from our own domain.

How requests reach us

The forms on this website do not store anything on the website. They prepare an email or a WhatsApp message, which you send from your own application. We receive your data only when you send that message.

Why we use your data

To answer your request, search for a watch, give a valuation, arrange a viewing and conclude a purchase, sale or trade. Legal basis: your consent, given when you send the request, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and the performance of that contract.

To keep the records that the law requires of us, including anti-money-laundering, identification and tax records. Legal basis: compliance with our legal obligations.

To protect the website, our business and our legal rights. Legal basis: our legitimate interests.

Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time by writing to us. This does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Who receives your data

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers who help us operate: Cloudflare (hosting and email routing), Google (email), Meta (WhatsApp, if you contact us there), and, when needed for a specific deal, logistics, insurance and authentication partners.

We disclose data to public authorities when the law requires it.

International transfers

Some providers process data outside the United Arab Emirates. Such transfers take place only with the safeguards required by the applicable law, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and, for visitors from the European Union and the United Kingdom, the GDPR and UK GDPR.

How long we keep data

Requests that do not lead to a deal: up to 24 months after our last contact.

Records of completed deals: for the period required by law, at least five years.

Technical logs: for the short periods set by Cloudflare.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. Write to us at the address above; we reply within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity.

You may also lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office or, if you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, with your local data protection authority.

Security and minors

We protect data with technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk. Our services are intended for persons aged 18 and over.
