The Portofino Hand-Wound Moon Phase Edition “150 Years” combines a classic Portofino Hand-Wound Eight Days with a moon phase display at “12 o’clock”. This model is limited to just 150 watches and is housed in a 45-millimeter 18-carat red gold case. It features a blue dial with a lacquered finish. Matching the golden case, the hands are gold, and the moon and stars in the moon phase display likewise have a gold finish. For the IWC-manufactured 59800 calibre movement, the 59000 hand-wound calibre has been enhanced to include a moon phase module that needs an adjustment of just one day every 122 years. A power reserve indicator can be found at “9 o’clock”.
